I live in Coral Springs. I have a guy who specializes in Canadian Satellite.
He hooked up my Starchoice and Bell (dont use anymore) The dont like us Yanks! lol
Too bad Bell was my favorite. The moved their sats too far north..The nerve!
Kind of a hike from my side but maybe he knows someone by you.

a 21 on the receiver signal meter means you are not pointing at anything.
few things to note:
make sure your mast is perfectly straight
check all your connections
Consider having receiver and TV at the dish when pointing
Your angles should be:
for 107 - 48.0 226.7
for 111 - 45.2 231
