Starchoice HDPVR 530 - 1 Cable

I have just bought a dual tuner HDPVR 530. I only have one cable running into my house. Going to the satellite dish will be near impossible because the dish is shared on the roof from my Condo.

Is there a way I can use the dual tuner functionality. I have heard of many things and am not tech savy under any circumstances!

If not I fear I may need to return my PVR and go back to the 505. Model numbers of things I would need would be greatly appreciated if this is possible.
