Sounds like Sprint seniors are getting nervous. This will only ensure their replacement. I hope Dish countersues every single one of them.

Isn't the 75% rule only applied if you are trying to do a majority ownership? That is not what Dish is doing, they are going to own less than the majority therefore having a minor stake so that should not apply to them.

$3.40 vs. $4.40 a share for MY stock? I'd tell Sprint to go pound sand too. Sounds like Sprint wants to take its ball and go home.
