A close friend of mine just upgraded to a Touch pro, so before hand he ordered a new refurb phone, activated it, then swithced to the Touch pro the next day. All plastic is still on it, fresh from the Sprint/Motorolla factory.
It has the extended battery that extends about 1/8" out the back, but the cover fits it and if holds well in the hand.
Includes original box and all accessories, just as if new.
