Spotbeam question from Miss.

I live in Washington Co Ms. It is in the central west side of the state on the Miss. River, right across from the Ark. La. state lines.
My question is can I get Birmingham HD locals on 119. The spotbeam 9s12 map on the James long site shows me just inside of the red circle

Check your signal on transponder 9. I live in the western part of central Louisiana and receive a signal strength of 62 as I type this response.

Thanks for the reply. I checked and I get a 66 on Transponder 9 of 119. Would this be good enough if I made a move to Birmingham for their HD locals?

Certianly. I pick up Birmingham locals even when it rains hard, which is more than I can say for the 129 sat.
