SPORTSNET NY: What is going on? 3 days left!

Does anyone know what is going on between SNY and DTV. Only 3 days left and still no deal. I thought D* would have had this done by now. This could cause major subscriber changes in the entire NY Tri State Area ( by far the largest viewing area in the country) from D* to cable (Most big cable companies have already inked a deal). This would be a terrible loss for D*. Scott: what is your info on this? Thanks, Dave
