spike hd missing?

Anyone else missing this channel that's in the Tampa bay area? Just noticed this yesterday.

Mine is on 9506 but I have AEP and not getting Speed HD or FX HD ( listed as unsubscribed channels in RED. ) I'm not in Tampa though.

I have the Gold 250 and I have both these channels. I am in Cincinnati.
