Now that I'm purple, I'm not sure I really care anymore, but I have two comments on this:

1. Did anyone really expect Spidey to beat Transformers? It was a horrible movie...
2. This article says Transformers beat Spidey by 3 times on DVD - it doesn't mention any numbers specific to HD formats.

Yep, Spiderman 3 was awful. No matter what kind of spin or fancy BD stuff. The fact remains that you can't polish a turd.
