Many thanks to HDNet for interrupting the live HDNet Fights and showing the launch live! :up :up

What were they dodging today? That lost tool-kit?
It sounded like something that came off on this mission. That tool bag got lost a couple of months ago. Surprised the hell out of me when that happened because that's the kind of thing that NASA goes to great lengths to prevent.

Yep, that really surprised me too when that tool bag got away. A mission or two prior to that, a bolt got away from an astronaut too during a space-walk. With those suits they're in and those cumbersome gloves, I'm really surprised it doesn't happen more often, really...

Well, if by "home" you mean Earth, then yes, she's coming home. Just a slight delay to ferry Discovery via 747 before she's "home-home". :)

Nice shot! Yes, I mean Home Earth! :)
Changing planes at Edwards! :D

Deorbit burn is underway!

Last time Discovery landed at Edwards was the Return to Flight mission.

Frank, Jr. said Fox News will have coverage, HD if you've got it.
