South Keys Florida, SIGNAL ON BEV NIMIQ 91..?

Hi, i live in Miami Florida, but im currently visiting some family in the Caribbean, like i used to get bev, 91 since like the year 2002 till like 2008, then all of a sudden i see that me and lots of people in florida, lost signal. i know that bev moved there spot beam . up north. just wondering. why so people are still able to get it. and some not.? anyone in florida. getting this.? in the South Keys.?

Bell DO NOT use spot beams.

Bell just added the bird at 82 and made sure the footprint does not go as far south as it used to.

You might still get 91 signals, until they get another new bird, then I would guess they will do the same and ensure the signal does not reach that for south.
