Sound Issue

Hello all has anyone had this porblem. On a few of local hd broadcast when it cuts to a commercail the sounds goes out. When the progrma starts back the sound is fine. I cant figure out if it is Directv or the network braodcast(which i am leaning toward) So if anyone else has this problem please let me know thanks.
