Sonicview SV-360 Elite PVR Receiver with no quality

I have a Sonicview SV-360 Elite receiver which picks up channels in Blind Search and the video and audio quality is good, but even though I get good strength, my quality is 0 for every satellite. Can anyone tell me is this normal since my old receiver did give both when scanning for channels. I want to thank everyone in advance for your time and help.Sidney Mathious

can you give us some more info about setup what satellite you are trying to get? I have 3 sonicview receivers I have had my fair share of problems with them but they are decent once they are fixed and legal FTA use only.

When in the tune up screen, with an active transponder selected, it should display Quality. Without it, there's no way to align the dish. So I would say it's not normal. Think it would be a firmware problem(??)
