Social APP Not Working

I just got the hopper with sling yesterday and when I go to the social app, it opens but nothing loads. I am connected to the internet.

Does Pandora work? Have you tried rebooting your Hopper? I would also try rebooting your router/modem and see if that helps. Maybe even run another connection test to see if that helps.

ya from both, everything works except the social app

Hopper usually takes 24-48 hours after install to get everything in working order. Some people have reported their apps not working properly for 5 days or more after installation.

If all the others were working it sounds like maybe your app file was outdated or something. Considering that it started working after DIRT escalated it, maybe something was pushed to your box that fixed it. Who knows.
