I was paying more for having less then Premier, so I go online and cheange to Premier to save money...

My receivers all get the change only on all of my HD recievers I have nothing but a 721 code..So I call, they have me do all the re-setting of all of the boxes, and nothing changes.. So they send me to tech support, and they did everything from sending a signal to cancelling out my account then adding it all back, still nothing, and now some channels work, and some don't (mostly don't), and they tell me they have to take it to the team leader and the problem should be resolved in 24-48 hours..

Are you freaking kidding me? All of this from upgrading my package???? I swear to god it is getting as bad as comcast, and the equipment is just not up to par anymore either, I have so many choices here and I cannot find one provider to just make it work right..

I have Uverse, the two sat companies and two cable companies, and I still can't get it right..

Ok done venting, anyone else have this happen to them ever?
 
Yep, I tried it, they tried it..Makes no sense.
Probably something in the billing that they are not seeing, because this only happened right after I upgraded my package.
 
Have you tried unplugging all the receivers from the electric outlettes then plug back in and pull the smart card? Works on dish receivers so it may work on direct receivers.
 
721 on the HD receivers only, did you check to make sure you still have HD Access?

It is not included in premier, it's an extra $9.99

Could explain the 721 error just on HD receivers?
 
Sounds about right; the HD access "should be included" but as Jason said its not and if all you did was upgrade to premier then the HD access likely dropped off and needs to be added back in.
 
I thought that might be the problem, but the first person did not see that, I just assumed this person knew what they were talking about. Guess not, because 3 hours later it was not fixed, so I called in again and this person fixed it right away..

Sheeesh...
