A middle of the road movie. Average February movie. It is hard to say who the movie will appeal to, perhaps a mostly male audience. It is not a bad movie, but it is hard to say what the movie is trying to do besides complain about minimum sentencing. The movie seems to plod along with some purpose. There is a plot but, weakly executed.
