Are there any channels on Directv where the SMPTE "color bars" test screen (standard definition) is consistently available on Directv (or I can DVR it)? I have the proper blue filter, but can't find my test DVD. Also, I think it is best to set the color from the actual source you want to calibrate for Would it be valid to set up a TV (Sony XBR CRT, not flat panel) off of a DVD, then expect it to be correct for satellite?)
