What platform do you use?

Android, Blackberry, iOS, WebOS, Windows Mobile or something else?

If you use more than one smartphone or have more than one on a family plan, vote for the one you specifically use or the one you use the most.

Currently my wife uses a Palm Treo 700p, but she'll be joining the Android Army in a few weeks when her upgrade becomes available. (I stole her upgrade for myself a while back ;) ).

Of course the word "smartphone" is less accurate for me, as I use mine as a handheld internet device and connected PDA 80% of the time, and barely 20% of the time for actual phone calls.

The only problem I see with this poll is that some of us carry multiple phones. However, my primary (personal) line is android-based.

Which is why I included the last line. If you have more then one, vote for whatever platform you use the most.

Same here. The Evo gets probably 5% or less of my total voice minutes a month. I use it for texting and data. Streaming Sirius XM or Pandora all day, watching NFL RedZone, watching live NHL action, YouTube. It's a mobile internet device for me, not a phone. My Motorola i680 is my real phone. I also find it uncomfortable to talk on smartphones. Be it the the iPhone when I had it or the Evo, flip shones feel so much more natural to talk on.

I use my EVO for everything...listen to Pandora and use the SatelliteGuys app on the way to work, tether my laptop using EasyTether at the client site to do "company" stuff, make and receive all my phone calls, and once again use the SatGuys/Pandora apps on my ride home. I am often required to carry/use a company and client provided Crackberry, but I've never liked 'em and use them sparingly.

Running well with my Nexus One with CyanogenMod 6.1. So glad I went with Android versus going with Blackberry, and finally left Windows Mobile..

I have the Moto Droid with Verizon of course. Rooted and have Pete's Bugless 0.5

Personal is a Samsung Epic 4G (just upgraded from a Hero). Work is a BlackBerry tour. (Work doesn't allow other than BB's on the Intranet as of yet).

My daily phone is the G2 but I also have a HTC HD2 running both Custom Win Mo 6.5 Rom and EVO Froyo custom. My HTC HD2 runs above most customer devices on Quadrant Scores. I cant wait for Nand boot up on Android for the HTC HD2.

I voted none (for now). My SCP-2700 does video, internet and GPS, but isn't really a smartphone. One of these days I'll join the Android crowd, but not until I'm eligible for the next upgrade.

Wow, the participants in the phone forum are definitely Android-friendly. I suspect a survey of ALL satelliteguys would have more iphones in it.

Currently using an iPhone 3Gs because at the time this was the best smart phone on ATT. Once my contract is up on this phone I may look at getting a Droid. But does ATT have any decent Droid phones?

Perhaps, but ALL SatelliteGuys have to leave the D* and E* forum once in a while and wander into the PhoneZone. You know...can the staff place an occasional scrolling banner in the major forums informing members of interesting threads elsewhere on the site?

IPhone users have more sex

Android market too fragmented for netflix
