Sling TV has expanded its $5 a month ‘cloud DVR’ service to Apple TV devices, the live streaming service announced Monday.
That means that those who subscribe to Sling TV using an Apple TV streaming device can now store up to 50 hours of recorded programming. (Note: Sling TV is currently only available on the 4th generation Apple TV.)
Sling previously added the $5 a month recording feature to Android TV devices, Amazon tablets and Fire TV streaming devices, and to select Roku owners in a beta trial. The Net TV service says it will add more devices in the coming months.
