Sling Adaptor Use

I would think it shouldn't be a problem but thought I would ask...

How long can the sling adaptor be in use...reason being I may want to watch a movie tonight on the computer from my dvr recordings???

I've certainly watched movies using the Sling Adaptor, so you shouldn't have any trouble. Just don't forget to move the mouse a bit or change the timing of your screen saver.
