Sling Adapter Problems with 722

I have a 722 with an EHD plugged into the back and the SA into the front...My problem is that the SA keeps disconnecting...when I turn on the 722 it comes on the red light is on then I get a screen saying you have hooked up an SA then the red light goes out and then it asks me if I want to manage the EHD...after saying no the SA does not come back on untill I unplug and then it comes back on...Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix for this

Have you unplugged the 722 and then plugged it back in?

I did do a reset and the problem is still there ...I think I have narrowed it down to when I want to use the EHD that's when the message comes up saying you have connected a SA even though it is already connected and on... after the message the red light goes out...
