Slimline Aiming Problem

I have a strong signal on 101, 110 & 119 (mid - high 90's), but I have lost 103 (local HD). Is there one particular alignment setting that can be adjusted to restore 103? I don't want to wait a week and pay $70 if I can make a minor adjustment. Help me out pros.
