On the "other board" they actually posted (on other issues) and received a bad reception. they (VP of sky angel in particular) is still registered as far as I have heard.

SA customer service kinda complained they were being beat up on internet boards. I observed when you ignore your lifetime customers thats to be expected.

a member here needs to visit SA corporate office in florida and ask some very direct questions.
