Former UPS Executive Promoted to President/COO at Christian-Family Satellite TV Compa

NAPLES, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 30, 2006 -- Dominion Video Satellite Inc., operator of the Christian and family-friendly Sky Angel nationwide direct-to-home satellite television service, is pleased to announce the promotion of Thomas Scott to President and Chief Operating Officer. Scott joined Dominion in April 2005 as Vice President and General Counsel.

Dominion is the nation's third and oldest direct broadcast satellite (DBS) licensee and the only multi-channel television system delivering the widest variety of Christian-inspirational channels plus news and family channels to homes throughout the Continental United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands via a small satellite dish.

"Tom's legal and administrative expertise, commitment and enthusiasm are tremendous assets that will help advance the vision our founder, Robert W. Johnson, had 25 years ago for a complete satellite television system of Christian-inspirational, informational and family-friendly TV and radio programming," said Dominion CEO Rob Johnson.

Scott brings more than 25 years experience in operations, administration and legal management, including 15-plus years experience as a senior manager. His diverse career includes managing distribution operations for UPS, a Fortune 100 company, and more than 10 years there in district level assignments as a human resources manager, safety manager, industrial engineering manager, and legal and regulatory manager. These assignments led to his promotion to Vice President and Legal and Regulatory Manager for UPS's airline in Louisville, Kentucky.

Prior to joining Dominion, Scott served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Atlas Air Inc. and as President of Aero Plain Advice LLC, a consulting company he founded. He has served as a board member for non-profit, for-profit, and industry trade organizations and as a member of the Senior Advisory Council and Law Council of the Air Transportation Association in Washington D.C. As a legal manager and general counsel he has had extensive experience with corporate compliance, international contract negotiations, public affairs, and federal, state, and local governments. He has led multi-million dollar expansion projects; negotiated mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, both domestic and international; provided counsel to senior managers and board of directors; and has served on corporate audit, finance and quality committees.

Scott holds a BSAS degree from Youngstown State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the New York, Colorado, Ohio and Kentucky bars.
