I recently discovered SiTV out of Honduras on Satmex 8.

It's just like MTV used to be (a looong time ago) ... nothing but music videos. A heavy emphasis on current hits with a few oldies thrown in.
Beat TV in the same mux is also non-stop music. It is a little more accented towards dance and house and has some latin hits mixed in too.
If you have a C-band dish and can see Satmex 8, try either of these out. They're great if you're looking for current music!
