A month above $1 and the problem solved itself...... For now.

It takes 30 days below a $1 to getr notifued that a delisting is coming but a lot less to terminate the process.

Besides these guys were never in any real danger of beling delisted.

Besides these guys were never in any real danger of beling delisted.

They were below a dollar for a lot longer than 30 days after receiving the notice warning.

I haven't followed it lately but I do recall they were planning a reverse split to avoid the delisting. This is happening with with Block Buster now.
