Sirius channels show complete signal loss

I can no longer get the Sirius music channels on my 722 receiver. Signal code 11-12-11 and code in right upper corner is 015A. Signal strength is 65 on Sat 77, 48 on Sat 72 and 53 on Sat 61.5 For some reason when checking signal strength 61.5 takes longer than the others to register. Running check switch shows all satellites good. Called tech support and had a very difficult time understanding the customer service rep, did the whole routine of restart and sending hard hit. All the other channels I usually view work fine. Any ideas?

Working fine here, VIP receiver 72.7. Check other channels that are 72.7
