Instead of calling DirecTV, call your local provider, let them know you want the best deal, they usually most likely will give you the best deal compared to DirecTV.
Install, service, its much faster than DirecTV itself.

I agree, I've had better results walking into a local store. My last visit (switched from Dish net. to DirecTV) dealer had a 5 year install warranty. Never got that offer directly from either Dish co.
