Hi,
I have my new satworks 3618 all set up and I had a question. This might be a dumb question, but what is the difference between signal quality and signal intensity? I have my 18" dish pointed at Dish 119 and it shows a quality of 56% and intensity of 77%. I am receiving all the free stations, but I was just curious if I should try to get an even better signal. If so, which of the above numbers do I need to look at? Thanks for the help.

quality is the only one that matters :)

Signal intensity or strength will register as long as you have the LNBF connected.

I would try to tweak it a little bit...I know when I had an 18" dish up, on the Pansat it was around 80, but take note that the Satwork has a lower quality reading than the Pansat (and the Satwork doesnt jump as bad as the Pansat....Satwork stays at reading...56,57,56...Pansat goes 75,80,55,80,etc)
