Siebel routing

We start in March. I havent heard any good things about it. CSR's at the close out call center usually seem pretty frustrated with it. Intrested to hear from any one using it though.

Siebel is the same piece of sh*t DISH Network uses. Expect major issues!

I use the siebel routing system. It was really bad at first. but once the supervisors figured how to use it, it is a little smoother.

siebel is a piece of cake to use IF you optimize it to your usage, we are using it for a large hsp here in ohio, and it's great.

Siebel is easy. I wish everyone would use it. I don't actually use it for routing though..

Not as easy as you would think. It crashes often and is quite slow.
