Showtime free preview.

The preview is from March 25 to 28. The preview is for only 1 Showtime channel. Channel 84 in Brooklyn and the HD channel in the 800's. We are not getting any of the other channels.

As of last night I wasn't getting the new HD channels. I called CV today and asked about it. While I had the rep on the phone I asked if the free Showtime preview started today or tomorrow. I was told they had no information about either any new HD channels being added OR the Showtime preview.

I almost feel sorry for the reps that have to answer to the public when they don't have sufficient information.
