Trying to use a Channel Master 1x0.7-1 dish in place of a shaw 75E. Using the Shaw xKu LNBF and the arm from the 75E dish. Can't get a signal. The Channel Master is just a little larger than the 75E. Tried extending the arm to various lengths, but no luck. Anyone out there ever tried this before?

Don't have the one that the Mfg. provides. It was an option and the other one fit in the slot just like it belonged.

May 'fit' but the placement of the LNBF is probably wrong. You can calculate the 'ballpark' with Parabola Calculator 2.0 to get it close enough for a signal. and adjust it from there. Use the WIFI tab (offset dish) calculator.

Life has to be so complicated. Thanks for the link to the calculator. Only problem now is I use a Mac and it is a windows based application. Any other suggestions?

Post over in the FTA area.(?) Someone could measure their CM 1x0.7-1 dish (need top and bottom lip to the face of the LNBF. I could tomorrow, I got a couple of them.
