they are cbs channels. two of them are in espanol. i see that there was a deadline for lptv stations on dec 31, 2011 but i don't know if it has any significance. charlie

Those have been there for a long time

Only the Univision channels are considered Low powered and the FCC says they can upgrade to digital by 2014 (I think...may be 2015)
