hey y'all, Im totally new at his and wondering what the dish settings should be if I live in montreal and have a Rca dish with 2 heads I dont really get what means what LNB type, freq, power

What size dish do you have?
We need to know what type of LNB it is...little hard to help without much info

If you are in Quebec, you would need atleast a 30 inch dish with low frequency lnb for free to air. You would get VERY minimal channels using a 18 inch RCA dish. As Iceberg mentioned, please mention what your postal code is to help you with your settings.
