My ses 1 channels have performed poorly since frequency movement except for gen and daystar. Daystar was bad to start with. Before the move I had a 67 quality on me tv. While I am posting this it is 56 quality. Any suggestions. Geb and daystar signal I perfect. Start and heroes and icons is not stable but viewable. Any pointers . Dish is 10 ft fiberglass with pansat lnbf. Was fine before the move

I would suggest tugging and pushing on the dish to make sure it is pointed properly. Then you may need to test it with a new coax. I've had old coax give issues. And then you may need to adjust your LNBF or possibly replace it. A 10ft dish in Georgia should have no issues with those channels.

I found a solution for tp's that need a peak with your dish mover (ASC-1).
It involves editing the satellites.xml to create a new satellite and moving those tp's into it.
Deleting the channels from your list that are weak and scanning the new sat for only the weak ones.
Then moving them into the....SES 1...boo-kay with a channel editor.
Now when you change channels the dish bumps where they peak.
Keeps you from grabbing the mover remote to tweak in signal.
My 12 footer has a pretty tight focus. I even notice seasonal earth tilt 'would' need a declination tweak. I'm too lazy for that.

I haven't had time yet. Yesterday the quality was 60 on me tv. The day before it was up to 63 . 63 is not good picture quality but better than no signal. I will update when I get time to try and correct the problem

I get about 11 dB SNR for H&I East here on a 12 footer.

I might have found the problem. All channels are now mpeg 4 . My receiver is not rated to receive mpeg4 only 2 however it picks up geb which is mpeg4. It is amiko 265

An example of what I did for 131W.
Notice what the formatting is. An * for the tp's that needed a "bump" to peak and a unique position number not present for any other sat in the list. The rest should make sense. Set the tuner section up and go to town.
