Serials and Tarzan Movies (not FTA)

Fist of all, this is not on a FTA channel, but have any of you TCM fans been watching the Serials followed by a Tarzan movie each Saturday? Today started the first two chapters of Ace Drummond followed by Tarzan and the Leopard Woman. Next week, chapter three and four of Ace Drummond followed by Tarzan and the Huntress. TCM does such a wounderful job of playing good quality prints and the no interuptions makes the movies just so much more enjoyable.

TCM is one of my favorite channels.

I caught the Flash Gordon Serials a few weeks ago still have a couple on the dvr to finish. I have been watching the Tarzan movies off and on when I have time. The Johnny Weismuller Tarzan movies were a part of my weekends growing up along with Abbott and Costello and Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes. The video is usually very good with TCM and yes TCM is great being one of the few channels you can still watch without commercial interruptions during the movies.

Basil as Sherlock is on TCM this Monday afternoon.

I have not watched those. I will make sure to set my PVR for I don't miss them. They look intriguing.
