Searching for satellite....

Hello.

We have had DirecTV for years and last November we moved to HD TVs and so we also moved over to HD receivers. Since then, we have had nothing but trouble with our HD channels. The signal breaks up continously and we get Searching for satellite. We have had DirecTV out here at least twice and they adjusted the satellite a little and said that there was nothing else they could do. We have also talked w/ customer service several times. After 6+ years, we are getting rid to jump ship. Any last suggestions?

Can you tell us your hardware setup details?

Can you tell us your DMA/market?

Is this on ALL HD channels?

Right now it sounds like it could be a possible install or failing hardware issue.
