Folks there is a problem with the search function.

At first I thought it had something to do with the backup still running, however now I am not so sure.

I am looking into the issue and will have it fixed ASAP!!

Thanks for your patience!

This may be related, but I get the following error whenever I click on any of the forums...... The only threads I can see are the most recent in each forum, or the last 10 posted on the main page.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the SatelliteGuys.US database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I just rebooted the server to see if that cleared the issue...

It didn't....

Still searching for a fix. Hang tight!

All fixed now. (Phew!)

Thanks to Ilya who wins the Golden Star of the Day Award for figuring out the cause of the issue. :)

Also thanks to LER for his help, while the site was down he noticed all the databases were being stored in the wrong partition and moved them to the correct one (this way we dont run out of space) :D

Sorry about that folks!

Who can we contact in the future to notify the issue with this awesome website.
About an hour ago, I couldn't even get into the main page.

Normally I get emails notifying me of the issues, this time because of the database issue I was not getting those. (I just got a MILLION of them though) :(

I did get some emails from members telling me about the search issue.

Earlier i tried to post in the pub and couldn't. Seems as though everything is working fine now. Good work ya'll. Wished my IT department was that fast.
