While Scanning Galaxy 11 I Picked Up A Wwe Raw Feed.the Quaility Strength Was 90% It Comes In As A Free Channel But The Channel Was Scrabled And Your Only Able To Hear Sound.if It Said It Was Free Was Does It Come In Scrambled?

It may be a 4:2:2 feed, thats a different format you would need a very $$$$ receiver or a card for your computer to decode 4:2:2 broadcasts "if" thats what it is.

I Used To Pick It Up On Horizons 1 And The Picture Came In Clear Then I Guess It Moved To Galaxy 11 Where Now Its Scrambled.that Suxs.the Feed Had Better Picture Quality Then Spike Tv Provided.

they scrambled them (4:2:2) a while back. Yep it does suck
