Looks like they hate Miami and really hate NY...

This will kill Csi Miami and I like that show. As for NY, I could care less about that one.

CSI:NY has a loyal following and will shore-up Friday's Numb3rs (pardon the pun), but it will definitely cost them a few million viewers. I get the feeling this is a "temporary" arrangement in which CSI:NY will later be moved to replace a failed mid-season show.

I won't disagree, but Survivor and Criminal Minds is a great lead in to their new show The Defenders. Of course, I don't see Defenders lasting very long.
