SC PPV using Voip

Does anybody knows if i can order PPV from a SC receiver using a VOIP line? and if yes the other important thing is that would be a problem with SC 'cause i'm outside Canada and the number of the VOIP line does not match the number that i provided them when i suscribed (the one that i used belongs to my sister) and is a US number?

you could, but it would be cheaper for you just to pay the dollar extra for every ppv movie you order via their 800 number, that's what i do.
