I install in an SBC area. I have only seen 1 of the covers. SBC installs go through the Dish RSP. SBC does not have their techs doing installs, that I know of.

Right on. My buddy does them here in town and he is a local contractor with 4 guys working for him. They get all their parts from a local outfit here in town.
