SBC/Dish... am I missing something?

I am a Dish customer, through SBC, and I've noticed something about the programming package that irks me.

As I understand it, under Dish (not SBC) there's a package that costs $31.99 a month and includes AT60 plus locals and the regional sports network (here, it's Fox Sports Midwest).

With SBC, the package costs $31.99 a month and includes the same, but not the regional sports network.

I know the latter point is true. But what about the former?

Wrong.

AT60 with locals and your RSN is $36.99.
AT60 with just locals is $31.99

It's the same
