In a fantasy dreamworld, the folks that write the software updates for the Satwork 3688 would incorporate my wish list. These are the things that I wish the 3688 would do. (I've only had mine for a few weeks so if it actually already does one of the below items and I simply haven't figured it out yet, let me know!) Feel free to add to the wish list. Hey, you never know - the software developer at satworks.com might trip across this forum.
* Provide a screen indication that the dish is in motion when changing satellites.
* Allow all satellite positions to be bumped east or west simultaneously. (My motor seems to get out of kilter by a fraction of a degree every once in a while.)
* Stay on the same satellite/TP/channel when switching menus.
* Allow editting of satellite names.
* Provide AC3 audio decoding.
* When auto-scanning multiple satellites, pause the scanning when the dish is in motion.
