There is a circular C band satellite at 40.5 West that could possibly be seen from your area. I looked at this bird with a four foot dish a couple of years ago and it was loaded with free Spanish channels. The problem was my 4 foot dish could not give me a decent signal so I lost interest in it. Look at its channels on Lyngsat and see if it is of use to you. Lots of free stuff on this C band bird.

40.5 has a good elevation in PA so if you have a good eastern/SE view you could get that too
