Satisfaction study: cable narrows gap with satellite

Satellite TV continues to lead cable TV in customer satisfaction but the gap is narrowing as cable subscribers grow happier with their service the latest annual JD Power Associates survey has found. EchoStar Communications with its Dish Network satellite service led the pack in satisfaction followed by DirecTV the biggest satellite TV provider.
