Oh, never mind. I had an HDMI - DVI cable to my monitor. That's different. HDMI-HDMi cable solves the problem.
Still say it's a nice, inexpensive FTA DVR.
Just got this FTA receiver and I am impressed. It made short work of scanning the PBS sat; finding and decoding the DVB-S2 channels, too.
The manual says I can switch through display resolutions with the remote's "V.Format" key. I am connected via HDMI. I had 1080p before I pushed the button, exploring. Now I have to use composite video to see anything and the only 2 choices with the "V.Format" key are 480i and 576i.
Can anybody help?
