Today I tried the Eyeline video system to send the "live" signal meter menu from my STB receiver and works fine and its free to use for 14 days.
Simply face your cam or laptop (if it has a cam) then face it to your TV, run the software ane setup the private link with user name/passwork. Copy the link into your cell phone. Then login and walla.. this is what you get using ur cell phone and or tablet (picture attached).

Btw: when u open the link on your device u can zoom in for bigger detailed image.
