SAT files read or edit?

I am trying to hook up 1.2m Geosat Pro dish, with a DG380 motor. Trying to get the sat belt. Worked most of afternoon on this and I think I am getting close. When I changed to E-8 sat on USALs the dish move east and should have move west. Is there a program that can be used to check the sat file in my stb. Or is there a updated sat file I could load. I have a Sonicview Elite. 44 lat. 85 long. Tring to get all FTA. Using a standard LNBF right now, and then I will be putting on a new GeaSat Pro CK-1.

I downloaded a rar file that changed to a sat file and Channelmaster won't open it.

I think some specialized forums could help you with Sonicview Elite files; I recall European ppl created a lot of ChEditors for many models.

There is no channel/sat editors for the elite.Mine goes east as well untill you set it.Go to dish settings for that sat and go to motor controls.Set it to usals then hit the blue button.It should now go to the sat.Exit and it will ask to save,select yes and your done.Then scan the sat.
