Sat C only LNB

I have a DTV Sat C lnb.

What makes it different than the other dbs lnb's and will it pick up any fta signals

Or is it a paper weight?

I think its a special LNB that turns Tp's 30,31, and 32 into 8-9-10 (or something like that)

I think its a paperweight.
