Sat b/c combiner problem for hd directv

I just received an eagle aspen sat c kit. Without the kit, I was receiving transponders 8 & 12 on sat C 110 but missing transponder 10, & Fox & Abc from sat b 119. When I connected the sat c kit, I was able to pick up Fox & Abc from sat b at 119 but I'm still not able to get transponder 10 from satc 110. strength is 0. Transponder 8 & 12 have good strength. Im using a toroidal t90 dish with an Eagle Aspen 4x8 multiswitch. I would appreciate any help, hopefully someone has run into this problem before. Thanks bob c.

Here's my setup.

Sat A 101- 1 feed connected to 18v on eagle aspen 4x8
Sat A 101 - 1 feed connected to 13v on eagle aspen 4x8
Sat B 119 - 1 feed connected to 13/22v on on eagle aspen 4x8
Sat B 119 - 1 feed connected to Satb/c combiner sat B in port
Sat C 110 - 1 feed connected to Satb/c combiner sat C in port
Sat b/c combiner out port connected to 18/22 v on eagle aspen 4x8

Test if your aspen respond properly to 22 KHz tone while selecting sat/tpn [odd/even].

Is the Sat C LNB a reverse polarity? (since its on a T90 they have to be reverse polarity)

Yes it's a c10r reversed sat c lnbf bought from the Torodial people the same time I bought the dish.

do you have another multiswitch around to see if maybe its that?

No, I have neither backup's for either the multi switch or combiner. All my equipment comes from the states, there is no sat shop handy where I could get replacements. would a good electronics shop be able to test both the multi switch & combiner to see if there is a problem as P. Smith suggested?
